We ship to the European countries specified in the check-out with our logistics partner GLS. With fast shipping and around 8,000 parcel shops, GLS ensures that your ordered KORG products reach you safely.

Up to an order value of €50, we charge €4.99* for standard shipping. Over €50 shipping is free of charge.

How to pay

To make your payment as easy as possible, we offer you various payment options. You can select these directly at check-out and manage them later in your customer account. We use the secure payment processing of our partne Mollier all transactions.

If something doesn't fit or doesn't meet your requirements: No problem, we have made provisions for easy and hassle-free returns.

1. You will receive a prepared returns note with your parcel. Fill this out and enclose it with the return. This will enable us to allocate the return quickly and accurately when we receive it.
   
2. We will provide you with a free DHL returns label for free returns within 14 days of receipt of the consignment. 
3. Place the items well packed in the parcel and stick the return label on the outside of the parcel. This way, the return is free of charge for you and goes to the right recipient.
4. You can return your parcel to DHL parcel shops and packing stations. Please keep the posting receipt in a safe place. You can find a return station near you here..
5. Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a refund within 14 days using the payment method you selected when ordering.
